we are operating at our new 24,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility established at Kagal Five-star Industrial Area (Near Kolhapur, Maharashtra). This new factory is located approx. 10 km from the airport at Kolhapur. This factory has latest Welding Equipments, Cranes, Office Set up, in house Painting ability, compressor are available to manufacture products that meet international quality standards at a competitive price and timely delivery.
Spark Engineering started by its managing director who started his carrier as a mechanical engineer and served in reputed projects companies and valve manufacturing companies.
With Self motivation in the year 2020 started own proprietary business in fabrication industry to server needs of fabrication of oil and gas, power, pharma and other related areas.
Spark Engineering diversified our business apart from fabrication project work, company started to provide operation and maintenance services.
The company bagged its first project associated with the complete fabrication ( piping & structure), installation ( mechanical, electrical& instrumentation), testing of gas Based metering skid with supply of material in spark Engineering scope of work. This project awarded by one of best company Emerson with end used HOEC and journey started. Spark Engineering performed an excellent co ordination with complying all the quality requirements and successfully factory acceptance test of skid at our works IN presence of Customer l, end used and associated Third Party agencies.
Followed with successfully completion of gas metering skid, We performed skid projects for customer like HPCL, Vedanta, APGCL and more.
Looking to potential and with help of well skilled manpower spark Engineering started services related fabrication, erection, commissioning of sugar plant also and succeeded well.
The company’s contract was for the supply of skilled and un-skilled personal for the operation and maintenance of ETP section with complete irrigation piping of well known sugar pal “Bhogawati sahkari sakhar karkhana “. With completion of this contact in stipulated time added one more successfully story of Spark Engineering & providing opportunities as services provider around industries.
